We are looking for a Lead Event Manager who will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination and operational management of projects/events.

Key responsibilities:

• planning, organization and coordination of events;
• communication with participants, partners and external organizations;
• coordination with venues, suppliers, contractors and the project team;
• management of organizational, technical and logistical matters;
• coordination of administrative matters related to the event.

We are looking for a highly organized, responsible and independent person with solid experience in event/project management.

Fluency in French, English and Russian is required.

Candidates must have European citizenship or valid documentation allowing them to legally work in the EU.

The position is primarily based in France (Côte d’Azur) and Monaco.
